I agree with Chris B, tell them terrible "lies", the sort of thing that will shock them a bit, you need to have a bit of a sense of humour when you make up outrageous stories or experiences

Blatantly ignore the question and change the subject. After doing that a few times, the noisy person will take the hint, and if not, is not the type of person you want to be giving your personal information to anyway.
It feels a bit rude doing this the first time, but you'll be amazed at how easy it gets after that!

If this noisy person is noisy because they're always talking, then let them do just that. If they start asking you personal questions, then turn the question round on them. So for example if they asked you ' do you eat red meat ' I surguest you answer ' urm why do you ?. Or they ask ' do you have a savings account that you save your money in ? you could say ' I'm interested in it, why, do you save money in a savings account ? In my experience this works a treat, as noisy talkative people are always happy to babble on about themselves, so just reverse their questions,. If they're nosey they'll get bored of you soon if you don't tell them anything about your personal life, they'll find somebody else to be their victim !!

You could watch Prime Ministers question time to see how the slippery pros skillfully dodge awkward and unwelcome questions yet appear to have answered. (do this if you are of South Asian or Jewish origin and the person is an auntie talking weddings or babies).
Anyone else you can politely ask to stop pestering you with personal questions can't you?

oh my I hate dealing with those kind of people. I usually try to change the subject or kinda not really answer them. Eventually they will see you aren't going to keep telling them so much.

Tell them to keep their beak out of your business or otherwise make up something really juicy to tell them.

tell them politely that it is none of their business but that you are flattered by the interest they are taking in you and your life. Good luck :)
