Do you think that Gerard Way,(MCR), really has issues like his songs say, or just puts it on 2 sell music?

Just that all his songs make out he's really depressed- does it actualy mean anything?

Well, he does struggle with depression and I think he has a therapist....he also overcame a serious drug and alcohol addiction about two and a half years ago.
His songs are not fake though. If anything, they are about past experiences.
