my ex is moving back to his home and not planning to come back do let him keep seeing my kids intell he leave or do i stop it now so they are not hurt more. his home is mexico.

If they are his kids I would let him see them. That is his choice to move and do whatever and with good support and communication w/the kids they should make it out okay. If you keep them from him then they could hold that against you. At least you can say you tried and he be responsible for his own actions. Hopefully they could keep in contact some how.

If they are his kids not only let him to keep seeing them but make sure he takes care of them 50% of the time, why should you be saddled with them the whole time. If they are yours from a former lover, then cut the cord now and explain to them mom is moving on and soon there will be another man in the house to call daddy.

Either way they will be hurt. It sounds like you are the one who is really hurting and are just using the kids as a reason to no longer see him and try get over it. As long as their father is good to them, he should be able to see them until he leaves and after if he leaves, if he can.

Let him see his kids, because you not want to end up being the bad guy in your kids eyes..Unfortunately his making his bed...Kids are smarter then we think..Let them enjoy all they can while it last,but don't get in between them..I hope it all works out..Your be a better parent (woman) for it..
