Yes, MSN Live Q&A. It has more Point levels, all questions are open to voting, the asker gets to vote but cannot select the best answer all by himself/herself. In most cases, more serious questions are on that site. There is room for some fun questions, though.

i hope so, cuase this is getting ridiculous. if you ask a question it gets burried right away and nobody notices unless they sit on top of the incoming questions.
