She is soooooooo freaking HOT!!! And today she was wearing a dress and crossed her legs so her dress lifted up and I could see up her legs and normally she is heaps conservative so this was really lucky and Im aroused just typing this and thinking about it.

It is normal among teens (if you are a teen) to fantasize about a teacher. What you have to remember is this: she isn't being nice to you cuz she likes you in THAT way, it's because she's doing her job, being a good teacher.
Chances are she isn't into kids and she wouldn't want to "run away with you" and risk being put in jail. No, you should definitely not tell her. All it will do is embarrass you both when she turns you down.
It's ok to fantasize but never let if go past that.
