Assume Henry has to work H hours per week.
Weekly wage = 18.5H
Annual wage = 52 x 18.5H = 962H
962H > 42500
H > 42500/962
H > 44.2hours
0.2 hours = 12 minutes
Will have to work more than 44 hours 12 minutes

Change it so that they're both being measured in hours. To do this, divide Garry's salary by 365 to turn it into days, then divide by 24 to turn into hours. Then compare to Henry's salary, which is already in hours.
