I just got my 5 yr restraining order a week ago against my sister-n-law. The same day it was granted she violated 3 times. By the next day it was 4 times. I do not have proof. Like i put b4 i did make a report on line twice. Should i go in person to show them i am serious about her leaving my family & i alone? Thank you for ur help =)

~You don't report a crime on line. You talk to a cop. Duh.

You could file your own complaint and take it out of police hands. Then you'll just have to hope the prosecutor finds sufficient merit - and evidence - to pursue it. If you can't prove it, how to you expect a proseuctor to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt?

Spend some money. See a lawyer. Hire an investigator. Take out a contract.

Contact the District Attorney's office. Make an appointment to speak to one of his/her assistants. Don't take no for an answer. Tell them you're serious, you're scared and your sister in law is nuts. You'll get expert advice as how to proceed.
