It may make it late. It's altering chemical signals in your body. But it shouldn't make you miss it. How late is it? Check with your doctor if you're really concerned. Ask about uncommon side affects of it.

(For those that don't know, Zoloft is an anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medication)

I don't know why in the world you are taking Zoloft - but please stop! Don't take anything without reading about ALL of the side effects. One of the side effects; taking it can cause blindness.
If you don't believe me then please do the following; go to a pharmacy, ask the pharmacist if you can have the small folded up piece of paper that comes with every bottle, take the paper home, unfold it and read it.
I know this because I have a cousin who took it and couldn't understand why her eye sight was changing so much. I was curious so I read that small folded up piece of paper. As soon as I read it, told her, she stopped taking it immediately.

no it shouldn't make you miss a period completely, just make it late. If you do miss your period completely, you should go to the doctors and get it checked.
