The worst nation is any one that does not provide true democracy to its people, limits its freedom of speech or expression, that does not have standards whereby citizens can worship, one that controls what others do on the internet, what a person can read, who controls the media so there is no freedom of knowledge or of accurate news, and where a government can imprison another without trial for years for political crimes. The worst nation is one that stunts the personal growth of each citizen by government controls and through an arrogance of power. And where the word "freedom" is only a word & not a reality. Any country or countries who falls into this category or categories deserves to be called the worst country.

There are no such things as the best and the worst. Those are black-white notions that children deal with.
If you consider all the factors involved UNESCO has a list of 283 countries that are rated and ranked according to its standards and criteria. I will let you do the research if you are truly interested and do not pose a chauvinistic question.
