-Monotony
-more money
-need a change
-job satisfaction
-want something new
-done my job to death
-want something different

However, I'm stuck in my comfort zone and been doing the same thing for 15 years by working my way from the bottom up. I'm told by my colleagues i'm the best at my job. I work with the best bunch of people you could ask for. They've given me an office, phone and a car. They value what I have to say and take it into consideration which can mean changes throughout our organization. I just smashed my car up so they gave me 2 weeks off "sick leave" (to save my 2 months annual leave for another time) to get my head together. They want me to go back a few days early so they can promote me ... no BS ... hell ... forget it, i dont wanna leave now
