You have the right to admit you are slow for not taking the spots before they do. You gotta stand up, say " you know what mutha flick, thats my spot and you gotta respect that", dont let yourself.

Plz, i hate to see (or hear or read) that somebody doesnt stand up for themselves.

That is your spot, take it back.

If you are only allowed one assigned parking spot, you may not have any rights. Definitely don't pick a fight. I would politely approach your neighbors and ask them if they can work out a deal with you. You can suggest trading days on the free parking spots, i.e. you get Mon., Weds. Fri., and they can have the weekends. This has worked for me in the past. Let them know you are concerned for your roomie's safety b/c she has to walk so far after work. I would take the direct approach first so they don't do something to you. If you complain to the manager and they get in trouble, then they might get mad and try to take revenge. And who knows - hillbillies can be really nice people!

as long as they don't use your 1 assigned spot, it is first come first serve. You are out of luck.
