I know Slash (of Guns N' Roses) and Gilmour (of Pink Floyd)aren't the two best guitarists nor are these the best solos (nor are they my favorites). Just compare/contrast these two solos, or pick the preferred solo.

Damn dawg, that's a tough one. They may not be the best guitarists or solos, but they are up there. I think I would go with Slash's November rain because I'm only 26 and grew up with that video, but I'm also a huge Pink Floyd fan and give Gilmour a very close second.

I still have to choose Gilmour.
He is the best song writter in this world, even his is not the greatest guitar player.
