Hiking in the mountains. Walking into the wilderness is so invigorating and seeing wildlife like deer and elk is a kick. When you top a mountian and see a hidden alpine lake you know that heaven can exist on earth.

I really enjoy the Core workout . The machines that shape and tone from my abs outward. It's hard and worth every minute and drop of sweat. I feel so healthy!!! :)

Dancing and jogging.
Dancing because you can do a lot of movements while enjoying fast-paced music and it helps set your mood.
Jogging because it brings me around the neigborhood, parks and anywhere else, and it helps my body brings-out litters of sweat
