No cars - and therefore no taxis - are allowed in The Old Town of Rhodes. But you can easily walk to one of its gates (it cannot take more than a few minutes) and there you can catch a cab.

Yes of course there are everywhere, and outside of the old town..I am from rhodes, I live here, I can give you any information you want

No traffic at all.. and make sure you have suitable shoes..
