if you use mozilla firefox, download an add on called video dowloader. mines called get video. once its properly installed you'll see like a box icon at the lower right hand corner of the browser. also you need to get a flv player, theres plenty you can download for free. sites like ifilm, youtube and metacafe are compatible with this. let the video fully buffer, when its done click the icon and it will let you download it. when you downloaded it change the filename extension to .flv so if the original name is "video" change it to something like "video.flv" then it will turn into an icon you can double click on and play. e-mail me if you have questions.
