Look at your birth certificate. It's on there. Or ask your mother.

If neither one of those options are available to you right now, and you know the place. You can go to the hospital and request a copy of your birth certificate.

Hope this helps.

The only way I can think of is to ask your parents, and anyone else you know with a good long-term memory who may have been around at the time. The time of birth is certainly not on my birth certificate: however, I wonder if the hospital would have records. To find these things out it's best to visit in person and be gently persistent. Or you could try a preliminary letter explaining why you want to know and include a stamped addressed envelope. It the hospital's no longer there try the health authority: don't expect an instant answer.

The best is to ask your parents. Doubt that the hospital you were born will have the time on record....
