Is it normal if the semen flows out of the vagina?

Yes its totally normal. But whatever is required to get pregnant goes inside. If you don't want the semen to flow out you can lie with your back on a pillow to make it a bit elevated. This increases the chances of pregnancy. Whereas if you want to avoid pregnancy you can go straight to the bathroom or stand up to let the maximum come out. Although this does not gaurantee that yo'll not get pregnant.

No, there is a chance she could get pregnant but it's not definate. Every month you get a period, which is the dead egg and your uterus lining being shed away because you didn't fall pregnant. Each month your uterus fills up with a blood lining to support a fetus if the egg is fertilised. Around 10-14 days before your next period you are the most fertile as most women ovulate around this time (not everyone, depending on the length between periods etc) the egg is released and ready to meet sperm, i think the egg only lives for 1 day. Even if you have sex on the day your egg is ready it doesn't mean you'll fall pregnant either, it's just luck and chance that the sperm reaches the egg. That's the best way i can describe it. Everytime you have sex you're increasing the chances of falling pregnant, but it doesn't mean you will fall pregnant. Use protection unless you're ready to become a parent.

Yes, but it grosses me out. I was so safe and careful about using protection and not getting semen in me, even once I was on the pill (though fat lot of good that did me, I'm seven weeks in) that once we found out I was pregnant and didn't need those precautions, I was completely freaked out the first time he ejaculated in me and I stood up and felt it run back out. Ewwwww.

Leakage after sex is common. Messy, and irritating sure. But nothing wrong. Not all of it is coming out. It's also a combination of semen as well as your own natural lubricates. Nothing to worry about.

Not all of it. You can prevent it from entering or exiting by using a condom. Excellent way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
