I feel any job having to deal with human are tough. Say being a customer service representative or a social worker.

read an acticle about 3 guys in mexico city who are sewer cleaners, they wear suba (dry) suits and dive the sewers trying to keep them unclogged. Even if I like diving that job has got to s***.
