I recently called my Pizza Hut down the street for delivery. After going through about 1minute and 30 seconds of automated crap it was announced I was being transeferred to an operator. Then I got This operator with a heavy India accent, she then asked me every question I had just answered through automation. That alone was annoying enough but the fact that she asked me at least 7 times to repeat my street address, and about 4 times to spell it, just irked the hell out of me. My street is Indiana Street, like the state, if you speak english you should at least KNOW how how to spell I-N-D-I-A-N-A when the letters are given to you. When you here I-N-D-I-A....you should NOT cut off the customer and say "INDIA? NO I need street ADDRESS"....after at least 5 minutes of this, no exaggeration, I told the person forget it...I guess I won't be ordering Piza Hut pizza anymore. Has anyone else had any experience similar to this with Pizza Hut?

I work for pizza hut. well, at least I will for the next 7 days. Put in my 2 weeks notice after working there for 3 and 1/2 years. Pizza Hut wanted to make it easier for people to order when the PH they called was busy, so they came up with this special number. which is what you got. unfortunatly they forgot that people want to speak to people that speak english. So, that is why you got the run around. the people that answer the phones for PH. are lucky if they can even say the words PIZZA HUT.
try dominoes.

Last time I ordered from Pizza Hut (3 weeks ago) I spoke directly to the local pizza place in my area.

Many companies use a central communications centre. They receive the call and send the order electronically to the proper local location. Pizza Hut is not being outsourced...they are individually owned franchises...
