My friend's house burnt done a complete days ago. Besides supporting her I would like to know some things I can get her besides the obvious clothes and toiletrees.

Burn Cream?

(*BUZZZZ* - what an insensitive @$$&^%!)

Okay, okay. Sorry... I couldn't resist.

Well, obviously that's a traumatic experience and I am sure anything you can do to help keep her mind off of it wouold be a good idea. If it was a total loss (because I am not sure what "...burnt done a complete days ago..." really means), how about buying a cheap DVD player and her favorite video? It doesn't fall into the "obvious" catagory as you mentioned, and I am sure it would be well-received.

Does she have a place to stay? If you can- offer her a that! Or if you can afford it- pay for a hotel room for a night or two! Gift certificates are a good idea also! That way she can get what she needs! Rather than you picking things up that your not sure if she uses it or that brand !

Gift cards are the best. That way, she can buy what she thinks she needs the most. Either that or ask her what her immediate needs are and you can go from there.

Gift cards. LIke to target or to restaurants since they probably have no means to cook or clean.

If she lost everything I don't see what you could get her that is not a good gift.Clothes and toiletries are a necessity and I am sure that she will appreciate them.
