the best time to visit philippines is during summer. you can try our different beaches, there are a lot to choose from. different destination, different experience.

its mabuhay. hi there too. well the best time to visit is during the ber months (september- december) the weather is cooler and generally the storm season is over by then. you can also visit during january- may during the summer season.
january and february is generally cool because of the winter season and the monsoon winds brings cold air from mainland asia. these times are the best time to visit the beaches because its sunny and the weather is basically good. no rains or storms during these times.
if you would visit during june-august its not the best time because there are alot of storms then because its the storm season here. then you can only go shopping or attend cultural shows around the country.
basically there are alot of undiscovered beaches here in the philippines and if you can visit you'll definitely enjoy and have a great time. just don't believe everything you hear or read on the news.

Best time to visit the Philippines is during the drier season (less rains and typhoon) from December to May. Philippine summer starts somewhere mid March to May. It is also peak travel for locals. At this time plane and hotel rates are expensive.

hi.. u can visit philippines anytime.. but if for me december is the best time becoz its not so hot. But its up to you what season you want to visit..
Summer: March to May
Rainy Season: June to November
Cold Season: December to February.
And best Places to stay are:
Beaches:
Boracay, Pagudpud, Mactan Island,Mactan Island, Panglao Beach, Camiguin, Dakak, Honda Bay, El Nido, Pearl Farm, Siargao.
Dive:
Anilao, Subic Bay, Puerto Galera, Busuanga, Cabilao Island, Balicasag Island, Moalboal, Apo Island, Malapascua, Tubbatah Reef.

if you want to enjoy the diverse culture of the philippines, you can on any time and room the archipelago's events "fiestas or festivals, and other events." including by visiting the great spots of the philippines "beaches, mountains, waterfalls and etc." and it is best to roam in a year...

the philippines is worth visiting anytime..i assure you that.summer would be good for island hopping,swimming,scuba diving,surfing among many other things while hiking or simply touring around the scenic spots of the country would be favorable during november to february when the weather is not really hot..so either way..

Its hot in December, its hot in August, its always hot. The question should be WHERE to visit not WHEN. I recommend Cebu and Bohol. Stay away from Manila

for me,december or during christmas because it's not so hot and it's also really nice there during christmas time.you can feel the spirit of christmas and you can experience of observe a lot of things there that other countries dont have.if you like beaches,you can go anytime there.

oh ANYTIME is the best time!!! you just have to choose the right island/place...
january-may perfect for beaches, and fiestas;
june-september for bargain shopping and cultural art exchanges;
october-december is surfing and hiking; still so many secret getaways to discover! we have no budget for 'expensive travel ads' so take it from ordinary people at yahoo answers.
