Tough question. I have been through hell and back more then once. I got to the point and much therapy later where I think I have the answer. Stop and think about the situation, separate the problem into three groups. How is this effecting me right now and what can be the probable solutions.1st group- is the problem hurting myself or others? if yes then this has to be dealt with right at the moment and can not wait. 2. Focus on solutions not the problem. 3. Try to be logical and focus positive energy. Negative energy breeds negative results. 4. Learn from the problem and do not repeat again. Good Luck to you and remember there will be many rocky roads in life and it is all in the way that you handle it.

I went through serious crisis...very very bad. You have to handle it yourself and friends fall away. Ya got to be brave, strong, and kick the dog do do out of the bad people that think they will get away with it so you don't deal with them anymore. Opposite sex sometimes fails as I feel for all the poor women I went through that couldn't make me happy. I am so great full for the strangers that rescued me and hugged me and cried and are proud of me. But in the end a woman didn't give up and gosh her 6-year-old daughter is the best!

All crisis are handed over to God. He gives me the strength to survive and usually turns my experience to joy. I don't have any idea what UPENDRA means.
