Why you are asking bout bus from Chennai to Kolkatta. Do you k now the distance by Rail it is 1660 km and by Road 1725 kms. involving 4 states. There is no bus. bus travel will be horrible. If you want to go please go by Coromandal Express or Chennai-Howrah mail. These two are the best direct trains. -

There is no bus service from Chennai to Kolkata, though buses ply to cities like Hyderabad & as far as Goa. Trains are the best option to go to Kolkata from Chennai.
There are buses up to Visakapatnam. May be from there onwards buses services available to Kolkata. Hope this helps you.

It would be stupid to travel to Kolkata by bus as it will take around 40 hours or more from Chennai.
The best is by train or flight.

there is not any direct bus connection but u can go ttill hyd then till vizag like that u hv to break up and only go
