Sheesh . . . and the diapers!!!
The bigger a baby gets the worst the diapers are . . . pretty soon they want to borrow the car . . . then they won't move out of your house.

Idiot, there are not yet capable of doing things for themselves. They have to learn and that takes time. When you were a baby you did the same thing and I am sure your mom did not think getting milk for you was irritating.

I have this theory that babies don't NEED to be waited on at all. They are just very very good at training their people. Sometimes the people stay trained through the baby's childhood and even beyond.

My kid came close - she'd sleep in my bed when she was new and when she got hungry during the night she'd just help herself (I didn't even have to wake up sometimes). It was like I was a self-serve Slurpee machine at 7-11.
