So, im not over weight...but i gained a few pounds recently. I need to lose ten pounds as quick as i can, and i have about two weeks to do it. I will do anything but starve or puke! Im not into that stuff but anything you guys can tell me or ways you did it would be a miracle!

I swear by a cabbage soup.You eat it alone everyday for a week,then add fruits and veggies after a week.The cabbage and celery burn calories just to eat them.Here is the recipe. 1head of cabbage,9 cups of water,9 chicken bullion cubes,crushed red pepper,celery,1/3cup of soy sauce,1 can stewed tomatoes ,6 gloves of garlic.Just boil the water with the chix cubes and ,then add everything else till it all boils.You may look bloated at first but you will see results,but be careful,any time you do a diet like this 1 ,if you feel dizzy eat something else,something healthy.you can eat all the soup you want though,it is great for you.This is not a permanent solution though,just a head start.work out and eat right .Good luck.

First of all. Why ask this question on a pregnancy forum? And second. What is sooo important that you're willing to try anorexia or bulimia to loose the weight? Go to the gym. Change your diet. Take care of yourself. Don't force yourself to loose weight in a week. It's not good for you.

Also. I've been noticing a couple other questions you've posted about teenage pregnancy. Are you pregnant? If so you shouldn't be trying (and forcing yourself) to loose weight.

why? well go to a gym and walk in a tretmill for 45 to an hour everyday without stopping?? lost 8 lbs in a wk but when i was not pregnant???anyways why?

this would be a question for health. this is the pregnancy board. try your question there. everyone here either needs to gain weight or have different needs in that area. sorry!

if you are pregnant dont do anything your doctor doesnt tell you to. otherwise stop eating any carbs, keep fats low, and exercise till you drop.
