As far as I know, you can't.
There is a reason why they block them. The school has a limited supply of computers, for people who actually want to learn and do their homework. I remember when I wanted to use a computer for legit reasons, but I couldn't because they were taken by people like you. You can have fun on your own spare time, not on other people's time.
And you can't call a website a "web".

I think when you're not logged in as the computer's administrator you can't really change the blocked sites option.

But, if you have other internet explorers like Mozilla Firefox, Opera i guess you can visit these sites from there. Good Luck on that though maybe the other explorers are also blocked by the School's technician.

If you can access the internet options. Go to connections tab. under that go to LAN settings. then click on the proxy server. put 64.34.113.100 for the address and 80 for the port number. then click the proxy bypass. you should be able to go to any website then. If not then check a search engin for proxy's find a workable one then use it. if you can't get to internet options then try to find out what kind of firewall your school is using and type the name into the search engin and learn about it and how to bypass it. I used to be in E.C.R.( Electronic Computer Repair) lol we used to do that stuff all day. They had to bring a computer tech in every other day. they even disabled the Ctrl+Alt+Delete on us.
