I've noticed reciently that my 1 month old really struggles to get farts and poops out. I only really eat 1 meal a day-and a good snack- so i thought perhaps that may be her problem. could my low intake of food be affecting her milk and causing her struggles?

Hopefully you will add a bit to your own diet, a bit of protein and veggies would be good.
Yes, some foods such as onions, garlic,chocolate and caffeine can affect a baby's digestive system. But they do usually pass gas a lot at that age, and have a funny expression while having a bowel movement.

Doubtful. You ought to be eating better but that is for your own sake, it would not affect your milk unless you were close to starvation. Her behavior sounds really normal for a 1 month old.
