Get a home steam machine. It cleans with just water, but the high temperature will kill anything. You can get one at Target or Walmart and they are less than $50. I love mine (Its Red, but I can't think of the brand, Scunni I think). I use it because I can't stand the chemicals in traditional cleaners (gives me migraines). Cleans really easy, fast and the house smells clean, instead of perfumed like with chemicals.

Don't go too nuts on disinfecting everything she comes in contact with, this won't help her build up immunities. When she starts crawling just make sure things are cleaned with either soap and water or a mild chemical, maybe use a very diluted solution of Pine Sol with good ol' water.
My daughter is 10 years old and has never had anything more serious than the common cold. She didn't even get her first ear infection until she was almost 4 years old!!

Keeping things clean is certainly not a bad idea, but keep in mind that a little bit of dirt can actually help a kid's immune system. Studies are showing that houses that are "too" clean can actually lead to allergy problems in kids (there's nothing to kick start the immune system). Besides, it's more rewarding to spend time with your baby than to spend all your time keeping stuff spotless!

Dirty enough to be happy, clean enough to be healthy - my Yaya always said.
With that said, studies suggest you leave your children open to more illness if you over-sterilize their environment. Don't go crazy cleaning, just make sure there are not choking hazard lying within baby's reach.
