There is an old saying "Do unto others the way you would like others behave with you."Another saying is "Live and let live". However, as you have rightly pointed out this happens more an exception than the rule. It is not a question of fools alone- people are motivated by different things at different times and a human being is more a creature of emotions than logic. One should try nevertheless to do as you are suggesting.

Not always :)
Sometimes we do act and behave like others want us to. So we are not fools always..
But hey always acting the way someone else wants us to, is also foolishness!

Even the bible gives a simple solution to reach salvation, 'do unto others that which u would want others to do to u'. This saying is very difficult to follow. I have tried, but not successful. We always want more, and we want to give very less in return to others, we always discriminate, we are intolerant to strangers/ foreigners

Of course we are since there is always someone smarter. The competition is in trying to find a greater fool.

We are not fool at all. We are pressed to think about it due to past and/or future of universe ( society ). We can acknowledge reality by facing present boldly.

No...rather if we are doing so, then it means either we are too intelligent ( not in the conventional sense) or we presume ourselves to be so intelligent that we can live a life of our own and want others to live their lives to make our lives easier!!!!

you might want to rephrase that a little its kinda hard to understand and I'll just base my answer upon the doings of the U.S. Yes, I get your point more or less for example North Korea they have nuclear bombs and we expect them to get rid of them, but it alright for us to have nuclear bombs just not anyone else.
