Sweet Child of Mine is an extremely brilliant song. In my opinion Radiohead's "Paranoid Android" comes in second to Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody". That song is musically all over the place and genius, and lyrically very touching when you realize that Freddy is talking about finding out that he has AIDS and is going to die... listen to it with that in mind, it becomes ten times as emotional.

Myself, I would have to say Back in Black by AC/DC. It not only rocked the hell out of everyone, it had meaning due to the band's tragic loss of Bon Scott.
You know it when you hear the first notes....
Just my opinion!
