There are many brokerage services like sedo.com, afternic.com etc ... to acquire that domain for you. U can check up with them ....

The domain is registerd so do a "whois" search and see what comes p as the owner and contact info.
search google for "whois" and use on of the free sites to do your "whois" query. The actual domain will be "hitad.com"
