limewire is best filesharing network.

Personally I've always loved Kazaa Lite and had a very close relationship with it until I got my new computer and for some reason it won't connect now. I now use Limewire which is almost as good.

Many of the free sites will install adware and/or spyware on your computer. Some will even install viruses or other damaging software. Kazaa has a reputation for that. There are many legitimate places to go for freeware - www.tucows.com is one. I don't know what the "files" you want to share are. I doubt you do either. You are looking for trouble. There's no such thing as a free lunch.

Both are good P2P services IF and ONLY IF you know the host system you will be file sharing with.

Unknown hosts are dangerous!

bearshare is good. be careful cause file sharing is illegal. just download them and play them on your pc dont share them.
