If you have 10 possibilities per digit (ie. 0-9) it's the numbers 0000 to 9999 which gives you 1000 possibilities.

All the four digit combinations (assuming the digits are 0 through 9 and are numbers) are just the numbers from 1000 to 9999.

If you allow leading zeroes, then the numbers are 0000-9999.

Do you want to be *given* all of them, or *how many* there are? Because listing all of them is rather extreme, on here.

You must be kidding. Why should we just give you the answer? If you don't learn how to find the answer, your learning is useless.
An intelligent student asked me how to solve an extra credit question his algebra teacher had given him. I told him. "The answer is ...". He looked shocked. Why had I just given him the answer? He went back to his seat and worked on the problem. Very quickly he said, "That isn't the answer!" I said, "I know; why isn't it the answer?" When he figured out why my answer wasn't correct, he found out how to solve the problem. He learned something.
