I want to know any solutions on how i van get a good job besize baby sitting or helping out the disorderly

Be creative.
Somebody always needs somebody to do something for them. Your job, find it.
General maintenance person, cut lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow, weed gardens, fertilize, etc.
Take dogs for walks.
Wash cars
Delivery boy
Paper route
Take trash out
General handy man kind of things.
Advertise. 13 year old kid needs to work. General maintenance handy man work.
Go door to door and ask people if they need you to do anything for them. Have your list of things you can do. Ask if they need anybody to do those things.
There are millions of things to do.
P.S. Be careful out there. There are nut cases and pedophiles.

you can make a flyer and give it to people that have kids put like your cell number or house number or email you have to ACT mature and responsible get good grades (As, Bs, and maybe one C) when i was 12 there was a high school girl next door to me but she wasn’t responsible so i got all the baby sitting jobs or put it in the phone book that you babysit good luck!

Because of your age it's generally illegal for people to employ you, except in private employment like babysitting. Try offering your services to your neighbours as a pool cleaner, lawn mower, gardener, guttering cleaner, dog washer, car washer, that kind of thing.

it is very hard to get a job at your age since 14 and 15 year olds are restricted to basic work, try paper delivery or farm work
