any neighboring Arab country. Since most if not all of them openly flaunt the UN and have no sense of democracy or basically anything other than a belief that the world belongs to Islam and infidels are just there to be lied to, the chances that any westerners will find the WMDs are close to nil

In the Bekaa Valley between Syria and Lebanon. Why do you think Isreal stayed out of there last summer except for small incursion to show they could if they wanted. Hezzies/Syria controls it. Our sattelites were watching like hawks to see if they attempted to move them. Trust me we know where they are. Getting them without them USING them is another thing entirely.

Find a sympathetic partner nation and ship them over there.
Bury them.
Move them into caves and tunnels.
Put them in the deepest levels of buildings with many sub-floors.
Move them into factories that produce other products that are not suspect.
Sink them into lakes or rivers in water tight containers.
