since the sum of 2 numbers that are 2 apart is 146, divide 146 by 2. you get 73. one up and one down means 72+74, which is 146.

the integers are 72,73,and 74.

You can write consecutive integers like this:

n+(n+1)+(n+2) because consecutive means one number after another. So, as you can see the first term is n and the third term is (n+2) so:

n+(n+2)=146
2n=144
n=72
72,73,74
