some of us DID try counseling (several) and it helped nothing. so i learned that counseling only helps
1) people who are willing to admit they have a problem
2) people who are willing to try
3) people who are willing to listen

some people just dont get it. all i knew, is that i simply could not grow old with someone like that. i tried everything with no success.

in anycase, all counties today have counseling services (that go on a sliding scale, so its free to most people). give it a try. they also know of support groups in your area.

negative (critical, faultfinding) people are a nightmare to live with; they suck the soul right out of ya. if you have tried talking, counseling and everything possible, at least you know you tried.

The pastor of your church or your spiritual leader is the best support. The rest of the NGO's (Non Governmental Organizations) will straight away confuse you with the legal aspects and compel action, which blasts a simple family dispute wholly out of proportion. Finally getting back to a negotiating table and solving a presumably small matter goes way out of hand.

dont listen about the divorce girl over there... divorce isnt alwasy the answer. marriage counseling is a much better option. just talking with someone about what you are going through can be a huge help.
