If i am not wrong i think in High School there have already started explaining Sex Education, but if you ask to start in college may be a big Question will be there.Since the miner knows what Sex is So for people in college is obvious.

Yes, sex education in college is a nice option as the students become bit more mature by this time and they can very well understand the meaning of it.

Yes. Its time v need to impart sex education at high school level. importance should be given as to how to prevent diseases arising out of sex. people have the right to gain knowledge. only knowledge possessing society will make the nation free of diseases of all types. our education department should infact consider bringing sex education at the earliest possible time. apart from this, a sense of moral conduct should also be taught in order to maintain good moral society.

Are you educated??? Are you from India??? The sex education here starts from schooling. At the secondary level, it's about reproduction of plants and reproduction of smaller organsism. At Higher secondary level (off course if you take Bio as your subject) it's about reproduction of smaller animals along with reproductive system of human beings.
