It says at the end that the villagers tied the snake to a tree. Did they tie it in a knot? How exactly do you tie a snake to a tree?

Maybe they put a leash kkinda thing and tied that to the tree because i can't imagine them tieing the snake to the tree but I may be wrong.

maybe they waitted til the snake crawl onto the tree and hurry upp and wrapped the roped by walkin around the tree all day til the snake got stucked between and they made a knot on it after . iam just guessing lol .

They put it in a sack big enough for the snake and tied the sack to the tree.
