This is silly. If you want to rent a bar in Jamaica, first decide where YOU want to be. Decide it based upon the local economy, the friendliness towards non Jamaican owners, the crime rate and the facilities available. Look at the tourism demographics. Once you have that, then you begin by contacting a realtor (and do your due dillegence first to find out who the bigger heavy hitters are in the area, mabye by asking for a referral from an attorney) and then ask them to investigate it. Think what type of facility you want. You must know what you want, before you look for it. Otherwise, I can promise you wont be happy.
