hi,hopefully it will be gone in about another 3 to four weeks time, that probably sounds like an eternity though, feeling as you do. I have read that vitamin B6 can help though I don't have experience of it myself. I do however remember the feeling and I found at the time, avoiding smells LOL and certain foods I knew would turn my stomach helped.I had to get my husband to cook meat and he just had to go without fish for the whole 9 months LOL Ginger helped.I don't like ginger tea's but I found drinking Bundaberg Ginger Beer really helped. It is true ginger does settle a queasy stomach.Recently I had the opposite problem LOL in that I had a hysterectomyLOL,I got scepticemia and the nausea form the 3 different IV antibiotics was unbearable and very similar to morning(all day) sickness.... I got them to get me ginger beer,it worked as well as the anti nausea medicine I could have that didn't last long enough,so get your self some ginger beer.If you can't handle the gassiness, shake the bottle to get rid of the gas beofore you drink it,or boil up some ginger root tea.Incidently the smell of gigner made me nauseous LOL but the taste worked!!!!

I would definately go to the doctor...as far as I know at 10 weeks bloating should not be happening at all. Bloating usually occurs later in pregnancy. And remember that any time you even think that you have any SERIOUS problem of any kind- you should go straight to the doctor...or at least call. If you are serious about having the baby and keeping it healthy you may over react to something small but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I agree you should check w/ your doctor. Also, eat small meals and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (this will help to flush out your system of excess fluids). If you have gas, you can take simethicone.

Here are some suggestions for dealing with bloating: http://www.birthingnaturally.net/nutrition/articles/bloat.html. My best advice is to get active and change what you are eating. It might not make it all go away, but it should make it much more comfortable for you.
Good Luck.
