Simple - go,buy and hide it.It's better if you find an older friend to buy it for you(after 18 they are allowed in such shops).After that be careful - hide it well in case your parents are going to look in your wardrobes and other places in your room.

Best bet is let an adult you trust buy it for you. I would really advice against it getting it ANY OTHER WAY. I'm a guy and such but I honestly advice you first to get know what you enjoy by hand. You won't get to know yourself with a vibrator :p. "Wow since when do girls use vibrators. haha umm I think you should just wait til your older.." If any product is continued to be manufactured it means there is demand.

If you do a Yahoo search on "vibrator" you can order one from one of the websites. I don't know, however, whether it would be a problem for you to get one in the mail.
A friend who is 18 y/o can buy one for you. I suspect that if you get the smallest kind it will be easier to hide from your parents but that is just a guess on my part.
It is much better to use a vibrator than to get pregnant or catch STDs.

okay you guys you can't tell me that at 13 you didn't have those feelings. lol. Here is what you do...Go to www.pureromance.com They have a vibrator that looks like a toob of lipstick. It is a clitoral vib and wont hurt you. Have it sent to a friends house.

when i was 14 i got one online. you could do that or have someone 18 buy one for you. you could also try something shaped like a vibrator

I'm glad your planning to use a vibrator rather that having sex and run the risk of getting pregnant.
I don't use a vibrator and i still get an amazing orgasm. Try having a bath or a shower for 20mins (no longer that 20mins) it'll make the area more sensitive and make the orgasm better.
Ask someone older to buy it for you or use an electric tooth brush!

I'm afraid a vibrator at your age would desensitize you so much that you'd be dependent on it for stimulation and release. Too much, too soon.
Be that as it may, I've often wondered if a battery powered toothbrush wouldn't accomplish the same thing with less trauma to delicate tissues and nerves.

Is there anyone older you can ask to buy it for you?If not you can try online.If it is so you wont have sex tell your mom or a someone in your family your most comfortable with.Just say you think it will help you not have sex.They are wonderful little toys,better than any man.Except mine he he.Good luck.

Here is what you do. Buy a playstation 2. Get a game that has vibrate function. Get a game cheat that give you invincibility and jump into something like fire. The controller will vibrate as long as your being damaged or hitting something.
Either that or just make one out of a 700 watt brushless motor, a few lead weights and a 3000mah li-poly battery pack. Throw in a speed controller if you want.

The same way a 13 year old buys pot without a parent knowing, from a friend. Find someone who has an older sibling (like above 18) who can get one. Also no 13 year old girl should be using a vibrator. That's just sick.
