Two things are happening...
-No one actually reviews reported questions a computer determines whether to act upon a report
-People are checking the questions but they are evil and twisted with nothing better to do than stomp on the hearts and minds of those seeking enlightenment

Don't worry, it happened to me once too. You should try buying the server a present. That's what was sugested to me, and it worked wonders.
