You'll stomach will digest the gum just like it was food....so, it will not affect the baby. Chewing gum does not stay in your system for yrs like we were told as children...parents made it up to keep their children from swollowing their gum.

Are you serious? Do you think your baby is inside your actual stomach? If you're serious, I hope you are considering giving your baby up for adoption.
