Not all cell companies have that access....if its coming up restricted on your caller ID, i know my company cant see the number..most likely they will advise you to contact the police, who really cant do anything about it either. Last resort is to change your mobile number...iv'e had to do that 3 TIMES!!

Call information, ask who owns the number.
