if im transfering from a two year to a four year college would i have to worry about taking the SAT or ACT in California?

what can i do for prepare? what do they universites look at?

You shouldn't ahve to worry about it as a transfer student, but that information should be available online at the webstie of the institution your're transferring to.

The SAT and ACT are only good amd compared when you first attend college. Once you have been to college, all they look at is your GPA from college.
