I am very active and wear hats all the time. However, my buddies have told me recently that I am thinning in the back, and sure enought it is really bad. I'm currently using Nioxin shampoo level 1, but what can I use to really get my hair again back there?, I'm feeling really insecure. Please help. Thanks.

Sorry, There is no magic cure for alopaecia.
Millions of dollars are made and lost every year by men hoping to get their hair back!
There have been some treatments offered medically that is anything but cheap ($250) a month but as soon as you stop your hair goes again.
The study of hair trichinosis is practiced by some doctors, consult with yours and get proper advice for your condition. It cannot be solved or even treated to delay the inevitable on these forums

You need to see your doc first to find out what kind of baldness you have going on. Once the doc checks it out he can recommend if there is anything that will work for your type of hair thinning.
