When I'm on the road for work, I usually turn it off. At home, however, my wife likes to sleep with the TV on, so I usually do leave it on all night.

Yes, but put it on mute. I'll leave it on a channel I like or on a channel that will have something good on when I wake up.

No, my husband can't stand any TV on while he is trying to sleep.
I have to go in the other room to watch Letterman.

Only the nights my husband has to work. I'm so use to his snoring that I need some kind of noise to make sleep better.
