My apartment's heating system spits out a lot of water through a small hole. on top of it. Why?What can I do?

- about a liter per day
- seems to be a valve for air
- i am on top floor of five storey apartment building with central heat, which works with water
- there is no thermostat or regulator in my apartment

Sounds like a lot of condensation built up. It needs to be plumbed to drain into the sewer with a p-trap.

call a plumber before you have more water damage.
