It may be because your feet are two different sizes. Everyone's are. I buy shoes a size too big and use Dr.Scholl's foot pads(insoles) inside the shoes to make the shoe fit tighter. I've had to do this all of my life or one shoe would always fall off when I walked.

Your feet are probably 2 big for the shoes or shoes are 2 smalll for your feet. Maybe u should buy a new pair of shoes!!

They are not the right size. Make your own just make sure you have a big enough deer skin to make them.
